A universal monitoring node that retrofits to any production equipment in minutes: vibration, temperature, acoustic signature, and energy draw, streaming to a cloud dashboard. Atallis ran end-to-end engineering from spec to manufacturing handoff and stays on as technical advisor.

A compact PCB integrating global-shutter imaging, a 6-axis IMU, and an ARMv7 SoC into a board-scale module. Multiple revisions explored camera count, processing topology, and physical configuration, each one a real prototype tested in the field and shaped by market feedback. Atallis owns the PCB design across the iterations.

A precision dispensing system that pairs with a high-resolution lab balance to dispense extruded propellants to sub-grain tolerance in 6 to 10 seconds. Atallis designed the controller PCB and wrote the firmware that drives the dispensing motor and integrates with the balance over its serial protocol.
