Privacy policy
Short version: the app collects nothing. What you log stays on your phone.

Who we are
This policy covers the iPhone app Glitchlog ("the app"), published by Solutions Atallis inc., Québec, Canada ("Atallis", "we").
What the app stores
Everything you enter (issues, entries, conditions, possible causes, notes and photos) is stored only on your device. We operate no server that receives this data, and we cannot see it.
No account, no ads, no tracking
The app does not ask you to sign in, shows no advertising, and contains no analytics or tracking tools. It does not sell or share any data, because it has none to share.
Camera and photos
The app uses your camera or photo library only when you choose to attach a photo to an entry. The photo is copied into the app's private storage on your device.
Sharing, export and backups
When you email a report, export a CSV or save a backup, the data goes where you send it, through your device's mail app or share sheet. That is under your control and handled by the service you choose.
App updates
To receive improvements, the app may contact our update provider (Expo) when it starts. This request contains technical information such as the app version and device platform, never the content you log.
App stores
Apple, and Google if the app is offered on Google Play, may collect information about downloads and crashes under their own privacy policies.
Deleting your data
Delete an issue or an entry in the app, or uninstall the app to remove everything. Device backups (iCloud, for example) follow your own settings.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
