Atallis exists because most early-stage hardware teams don't need a full firm — they need one senior engineer who can hold the whole picture, make defensible decisions quickly, and ship something real.
The practice is intentionally small. Every engagement is run by Julien personally. There is no junior layer, no account manager, no scope-creep machine.
